Barong Dance and Kintamani Tour
Barong Dance is one of the Balinese traditional art performance that
ussualy perform in Balinese religious ceremony, where Barong it self is
symbolic of goodness with shape like a lion. Barong and Kintamani tour
will bring you to visit various tourism object in the middle of Bali
island. This tour will starts by visiting Barong dance in Batu bulan
village in the morning, and continue to visit Kintamani, here we can
see the beautiful view of Mt.Batur while having lunch in the open air

Barong Dance
Barong dance is Balinese traditional performance that usualy perform in
religious ceremony, barong dance tells the story of good and evil that
exist in human beings. It will perform by 12 to 15 persons which potray
different character in the stories, Barong is the king of the spirits, leader of the
hosts of good, and
enemy of Rangda in the mythological traditions of Bali. The Dance will
be perform for about 1 hour that start on 09:30 in the morning. |

Tegalalang Rice Terrace
Tegalalang is located at 5 km northern part of Ubud Village and own the
magnificent view of rice terrace. The rice terrace is designed
very beautiful with exquisite hollowing rice field and precisely
located on the hill bank. At
this place, you will see the Balinese farmer do their rice field in
oblique area complete with its system irrigation. You will enjoy the
beautiful panorama of valley with rice terrace and coconut trees
ornament it. |

Kintamani
Kintamani is the mountain area referring the Penelokan village, the
higher place to view Lake and mount Batur. Kintamani is one of favorite
tourist destination in Bali, here we can see the beautiful view of
Mt.Batur and Lake Batur, along the roads of Kintamani there is various
restaurant that offering delicious buffet lunch that facing to the view
of mount and lake Batur.

Tirtha Empul Temple
Tirtha Empul Temple is a Hindu temple located in Tampak Siring Village,
Gianyar regency. This temple is famous for its Holy water where Hindu
Bali people go for purification. Tirtha Empul Temple was built
in 926 A.D. during the Warmadewa dynasty (from the 10th to 14th
centuries}, at a site where there was a large water spring.
On the left side of the temple is a modern villa on the hill. built for
President Sukarno's visit in 1954, which is now used as a rest house
for important guests. |

Ubud Art Market
Located at the corner of Jl Raya Ubud, right in the front of Puri Saren Agung,
this is a double storey warren of stalls bursting at the seams with
wood carvings, batik shirts, sarongs, and all manner of other
souvenirs. The art crafting are sold in this art market
consisted of various crafting, from traditional until contemporary
crafting which its price is relatively cheap. You can do the
transaction directly to the merchant which generally can be bargained. |

Balinese Legong Dance
Balinese dances are a very ancient tradition that is a part of the
religious expression among the Balinese people. the show is perform
inside Ubud palace in open air stage but sometimes is being moved
according to weather condition. The dance is tells about Balinese
folklore in the past, and it perform for about 2 hours duration with
several chapters. |
