Booking Guide
Fill the reservation form
- Reservation via email must be sent by filling out the required question and press the send button to request your reservation.
- We will respond the booking form that we received by
sending a reservation confirmation no later than 48 hours from delivery
date.
- After receiving confirmation email from us, please
check back your booking's information and reply the email to complete
your reservation.
Email User
For users of free email services such as @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com,
@gmail.com, etc. Are expected to always check the spam folder, or enter
our email address (info@vianobali.com) into your contacts list.
The deadline for reservations
Special prices listed on this site are only valid if ordering through
our site, so it is expected to make a reservation at least two days
before the date of your departure to Bali.
For reservation one day before the activities date should be made by phone to our hotline number.

Problems in the system network
Your question or reservation will be responded no later than 48 hours
from the delivery date, if within 48 hours there is no response from
us, the possibility of error on the network system, please send your
questions or reservations once again. Or contact us via telephone.
Payment method for Optional and Spa
Payments will be paid directly to the Spa or activity's company once
you arrive in Bali. Payments can also be done with other foreign
currency or credit cards (for more information please contact us). For
car charter or tour activity payment is only available in cash. (USD,
Indonesian Rupiah, etc. For more information please contact us)
Terms of cancellation for Optional and Spa.
Cancellation of reservation can be sent via email to our email address
(info@vianobali.com) no later than 48 hours before reservation date,
Cancellations over 48 hours before reservation date cancellation fee
will be added depending on the optional or spa that has been booked.
(Cancellation information will be included on the reservation
confirmation email that you will receive after submitting the
reservation form.)
